**What You'll be Doing**

As a **Digital Marketing Manager**, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, focusing on paid media to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role requires expertise in paid media management, campaign creation, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Comprehensive management of paid media campaigns, including planning, implementation, optimization, and success evaluation.
- Collaborate with various departments to execute omnichannel campaigns to meet business goals.
- Design and implement paid media strategies across social platforms, execute performance campaigns, and utilize Google Marketing Platform for campaign delivery and optimization.
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with the company’s goals, negotiate media buys, explore new channels, and launch partnerships to enhance visibility.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, assess ROI, and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with media agencies and partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Set and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media campaigns across multiple channels, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in digital analytics tools, outstanding communication skills, and deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Experience in managing external agencies, vendors, and partners, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing, staying abreast of industry trends, and knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
