Chartered Accountant

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, Manage, and oversee the entire accounting team.
- Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
- Ensure the timely preparation of accurate Financial and Accounting information by following International Accounting Standards and as per the policies and guidelines by the Management.
- Full financial management for all company entities, including custody, integrity and reporting of actuals, budgets and forecasts
- Co ordinating with Business Heads of each company for the preparation of budgets, monitor and submission of MIS Reports to the management explaining variation with proper analysis on periodic basis.
- Evaluate the existing accounting system and ensure that proper Internal control system is in place and work for the automation of all major transactions.
- Ensure that all necessary documents as required by Tax and other government agencies and management are maintained.
- Ensure that all credit sales, collection from Debtors etc are in accordance with the Credit Control Policy of the company.
- Ensure that all transactions are booked as per the policies of the management and proper allocation of expenses are made by the team.
- Responsible for the preparation of various MIS Reports such as Performance Analysis, Cash flow analysis, Analysis of Financial Statements and other information based on the industry and according to the requirement of Management.
- Fully responsible for the completion of Audit (Both External / Internal) on time.
- Ensure the maintenance of proper Asset Register Inventory System and follow the Asset, deprecation and Petty cash policy of the Management.
- Ensure that all payments are released with full supporting documents, approvals and as per the management Policy.
- Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals set by the Management

**Job Knowledge & Qualification**

Ø Professional Accounting qualifications (CA / CPA/ACCA) is a must

Ø Experience: Hands on experience in Construction / Contracting Industries with reputed companies in UAE: Additional experience with Ready mix and transportation industries will be an added advantage

Ø High proficiency in ERP System, Experience with SAP System will be an added Advantage.

Ø Excellent Communication and presentation skills

Ø Highly proficient in excel. power point and other tools

Ø Excellent Management and Leadership Skills and able to manage a team of 15 people.

Ø Ability to work under challenging environments

Ø Able to adopt new technologies and ideas to give value addition to the organization

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
