Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.
- Active real estate license in Dubai(preferred).
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Experience and real estate experience of 4 years or more in Dubai
- Impressive personality with good presentation skills
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary+Commission

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
