**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination & Supervision**:

- Oversee fit-out works, including joinery, tiling (flooring and wall laying), plumbing, and electrical coordination. (Ability to foreseen the issues by seeing the site condition)
- Anticipate potential site issues by assessing conditions without trusting just on detailed drawings. (Not all the details can be available as we renovate the existing villa/home)
- Ensure all project areas align with design intent, including coordination of 3D visuals.
- Client/Designer coordination.

**Technical Coordination**:

- Manage interactions among various technicians such as gypsum carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, painters, AC technicians, and flooring specialists.
- Plan and coordinate in advance the placement of electrical points, staircase lighting, indirect ceiling lighting, and the integration of plumbing and electrical systems, including bathroom design elements.

**Material & Supplier Knowledge**:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of materials (raw/finished), suppliers, and industry-specific terminology.
- Work closely with the procurement team to source appropriate materials with sufficient quantity and ensure timely deliveries.

**Scheduling & Timeline Management**:

- Develop detailed schedules for each activity before project commencement.
- Monitor site progress, adhere to handover deadlines, and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate delays.

**Quality Control & Problem Solving**:

- Propose effective solutions to avoid execution errors.
- Take responsibility for any mistakes caused by negligence in understanding scope or execution.

**Communication & Reporting**:

- Maintain strong communication with office administration, procurement, accounting, and management teams.
- Regularly follow up with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in fitout works with demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial projects. UAE experience is mandatory.
- **Education**: Degree in engineering preferred. Real-world experience with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fitout-specific terminology and technical standards.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

**License**: Valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
