- KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participates in developing and promoting the RTA Digital Strategy and RTA’s strategic goals to ensure
programs are aligned with these strategies
Plans and designs the programs and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiates
appropriate corrective action, as required
Provides significant inputs into developing enterprise architecture artifacts such as Target Architecture,
Architecture Definition and Baseline, Architecture Vision.
Establishes alignment between technology portfolio and RTA strategic needs and enterprise architecture vision
and periodically assess the degree to which the program is driving value for RTA
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules required by the management to support decision making
and ensure section continues improvement
Ensures that the importance of each of the program’s component is recognized and well understood
Identifies and recommends new and emerging enterprise architecture related programs and technologies and
assesses their relevance to RTA strategy and operating model
Sets and maintains policies, procedures and standards for Enterprise Architecture programs and taking the
responsibility of reviewing the compliance of related agencies or entities with those policies, procedures and
elements
Provides significant inputs into RTA Digital Strategy and roadmap by providing in-depth analysis of RTA
systems landscape and target architecture vision and fulfil all reporting requirements of all relevant
accordingly
Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department
Participate in development of RTA best practices and guidelines for implementing Digital Programs and
manages the adherence to these guidelines, and methodologies for effective program governance
Defines, develops, and reviews digital strategic plan across RTA, and monitors the roadmap implementation
and its progress
Work on Developing and implementing governance standards across the program life cycle, including tracking,
monitoring, and updating the status of program
Maintains and improves the program management framework, through contribution and feedback from the
relevant stakeholder to ensure program optimization
Manages program level Lessons Learned repository; consolidates
