**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Vietnamese-speaking Real Estate Property Specialist** to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring exceptional service. Your expertise in the real estate market and your ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients will be critical to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify properties matching client needs and budgets.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert guidance and advice.
- Organize property showings and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Provide insights into market trends, financing options, and regulations.
- Prepare and negotiate property purchase offers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, agents, legal professionals) to facilitate transactions.
- Maintain property listings with high-quality photos and descriptions.
- Support marketing efforts to attract buyers and renters.
- Evaluate properties to determine fair market value.
- Keep clients informed on transaction progress and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
- Stay updated on market developments and legal regulations.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Represent the company at industry events and seminars.

**Qualifications**:

- At least **2 years of real estate or sales experience in Dubai**.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
- Vietnamese fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate tools and software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to transportation.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Monthly basic salary (conditional on meeting targets).
- Commission on sales and rentals.
