Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly, coordinating the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Quotation Preparation: Compile, verify, and prepare quotations for our range of lighting solutions.

Accounting and Filing: Organize, store, and maintain company documents, ensuring timely filing for accounting and auditing purposes.

Presentation Creation: Develop and design presentations for internal and external meetings using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.

Other duties that may be assigned occasionally to ensure the effective operation of the office.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an office secretary or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge in basic accounting is a plus.

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
