Position Overview:
As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your primary objective will be to lead and guide the store staff, maintain inventory levels, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the company's standards. You will collaborate with various departments to achieve sales targets, optimize store performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of store associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Foster a positive work environment, motivate employees, and encourage teamwork and professional growth.

Customer Service Excellence:Set a high standard for customer service and ensure that all store staff deliver a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Store Operations:Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's cleanliness and organization.

Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shrinkage and losses.

Sales and Performance Management:Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Training and Development:Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
Keep the team updated on new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Address any safety concerns promptly and implement necessary measures.

Reporting and Communication:Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other stakeholders regarding store operations and updates.

Process Improvement:Continuously assess store processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Suggest and implement measures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in retail management are a plus).
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
