  • Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees and evaluate onthejob performance.
  • Be aware of the pricing policies, daily coupons, ensure pricing is correct and work on store displays.
  • Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks are available always.
  • Control stock by eliminating the damages, expiries, missing, obsolescence, etc.
  • Ensure stocks are organized well and control the IN and OUT between the store and display area.
  • Ensure the physical stock counting every month.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards.
  • Ensure operation matches with government standard and instructions to avoid penalties.
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Monitor local competitors and provide reports to the management for competitive analysis.
  • Ensure the attendance with duty roaster and report regularly.
  • Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the management or supervisors.

Salary:
Up to AED4,500.00 per month
