**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trainer (Primary)**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for massage therapists, covering various massage techniques and therapies.

2. Deliver training sessions, both theoretical and practical, to trainees, ensuring they understand the principles and best practices of massage therapy.

3. Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance to help trainees improve their massage skills.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and regulations to ensure that training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

5. Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations, to support the learning process.

6. Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and attendance.

**Sales (Secondary)**:
1. Promote and sell a range of massage and cosmetics products, including oils, lotions, tools, and accessories, to training participants and other potential customers.

2. Develop effective sales strategies, including prospecting, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales.

3. Collaborate with the team and supervisor to stay informed about product specifications, pricing, and availability.

4. Maintain a database of potential clients and conduct follow-up communication to enhance sales and customer relationships.

**Education and Qualifications**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor's degree in cosmetology or equivalent qualification in Massage Therapy or a related field (preferred).

2. Extensive experience in massage therapy, with a minimum of 3-5 years of practice.

3. Proven track record of training and educating massage therapists or relevant healthcare professionals.

4. Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and therapies.

5. Sales experience or a demonstrated aptitude for sales and customer engagement, will be a plus.

6. **A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
