Skincare Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- To adapt training materials in order to fit the local context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
- To deliver product training to Therapists in line with the training priorities.
- To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand’s Therapists
- To contribute to Region and Training projects, Regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
- To coach the Therapists at POS (point of sales) to ensure the information on products are updated, sales pitch and the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at POS.
- To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
- To work closely with Marketing on visual displays for seasonal change
- To manage and maintain the day-to-day visual merchandising in department stores and shops
- To work closely with Marketing on window and interior display, visual merchandising materials
- To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in as a Trainer, ideally in a skincare and/ or cosmetic retail environment.
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Able to start work immediately

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
