**Role Overview**:
**Principal responsibilities**:

- Working to provide executive assistance and administration support to the Country CEO and leadership team as required
- Responsibility for significantly heavy calendar management for Country CEO, requiring interaction with other executives and assistants
- Responsible for scheduling a variety of external meetings, conference attendances with external consultants, vendor providers and industry bodies / organisations
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
- Promptly screen and handle the daily calls and inquiries and respond independently to routine issues and questions
- Make travel arrangements for COO and other individuals within the leadership team as required
- Produce letters, reports, memoranda, forms and schedules, utilizing various PC-based software packages
- Perform general clerical duties, which potentially include confidential materials
- Coordinate with Team Administrators to consolidate the overall department organization chart
- Receive and process information from business units, other departments, HR and coordinate with Team Administrators for various reporting and tracking such as annual leave, compensation leave, financial, operational and personnel changes, while maintaining confidentiality
- Organize internal and external events, including catering, locations, distribution of information and any gifts or handouts for the event

- Knowledgeable and proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Discrete and highly trustworthy
