**Listing Manager (Real Estate Portals focused)**

We are looking for an energetic and organized Listing Manager seeking long-term employment in a fast-paced, high producing team atmosphere
- Responsible for providing exceptional service to all sellers from the time their home goes on the market up until it goes into contract.
- Responsible for Real Estate Portals renewing regularly & smooth transition of seller files for transactions coordinator to ensure that exceptional service continues.
- Responsible for producing listing marketing materials and scheduling promotional programs for listings.
- Responsible for regular communication with sellers to include progress reports and feedback from viewings.
- Responsible for keeping Sales Team Leaders and/ or Agents updated on the progress of all seller contracts and advising when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
- Prepares CMA’s and Seller Net Sheets, updates the contact database as needed, updates, and maintains listing materials, and prepares pre-listing packages.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Skilled team leader with expertise in the real estate market - bayut.ae, dubizzle.ae preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience at least with managing listings (Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate market)
- Strong written/ verbal English and Russian communication skills - Grammarly correct.
- Experience in the real estate or home-sharing market preferred, or in a relevant field such as hospitality or property management.
- Transaction Coordination Experience a plus
- Organized with an eye for detail.
- Customer service ethos: you enjoy helping people achieve satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Great ability to focus and problem solve.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
- Onboard new properties
- Create and optimize listings on propertyfinder, bayut, dubizzle etc and other international listing platforms.
- Conducts in-depth portal analysis for metrics (clicks, views, premium listings allocation) and develops strategies to optimize performance and increase activity.
- Assess listing quality to ensure optimal standards.
- Analyze listings weekly, strategize to improve underperforming leads, and drive results.
- Credit management - Identify non-performing properties and strategize credit redirection for optimal results.
- Analyze listing demand and lead generation, leveraging market knowledge to assess high-demand areas and price ranges.
- Engage with portal account managers for strategic marketing planning and collaboration.
- Effectively manage listings to sustain a leading market position, assessing portal ranking and market competition.
- Introduce new marketing channels, both local and international, to drive business growth.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
