**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Property Management and Operations**:

- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure the holiday home is well-maintained and meets quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including housekeeping, maintenance, and supplies.
- Implement operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor expenses and revenue performance to achieve profitability targets.
