**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
The Club Manager is responsible for the complete operations of the club, complete management of all staff within the club and complete management of all targets and revenue streams. Responsible for ultimate accountability for the safety, success and profitability of the club. To improve the Club’s efficiency, achieve set budgets/revenue & deliver outstanding customer service. To attract, recruit, develop, train and engage our staff to achieve individual and club targets in line with the business goals of the company. To deliver Net Member Growth and ensure profitability of the business. To ensure the Club and Staff represent and uphold our company brand.

**1.** **INITIATIVES**
- Work on new events for the club and creating “Club Stickiness”
- Conceptualizing new members events.
- Research and test new products to bring into the business and maximize all opportunities for Revenue growth.
- Being a spokesperson and represent the club/brand.
- Build relationships with the surrounding Businesses in the immediate area to potentially attract Corporate Members.
- To support and participate in local community events.
- Live the Brand through “Leading by Example” and promote the Core Values.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Secondary Education - A level or equivalent

Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science

Coaching and Sports Qualifications

REPS L2 or L3

Leadership Qualifications and or Seminars

**EXPERIENCE**

At least 5 years’ experience as a General Manager managing a large-scale facility or multi-site manager.

10 years in the Fitness Industry and having worked in other departments of the business.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
