**Overview of the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain Branch Network support of technical services and product knowledge3.
- Manage the Technical Experience Contact Center (TECC) and continuously review the program4.
- Provide lateral support to TOYOTA / LEXUS Customer Relations staff for TSOD systems issues as needed5.
- Continuously groom the TCM DB for valid repair instances to be purposed as known good fixes for rapid repair advice to Branch6.

**Required skills to be successful**:

- Professional training or experience in IT or Computer Technology.
- College or University graduate or 3 years in a professional automotive Aftersales operation or OEM environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive on-board diagnostic scan tools for software and firmware updates.
- Excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
- UAE National with family book

**About the team**:
You will be part of the Technical Support Group within the Technical Service Operations Department, working closely with various departments to support technical activities and day-to-day business operations.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Diploma or University Degree in a relevant IT field
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the complete MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- A valid Driver’s License
- An interest in Distributor Automotive Aftersales IT systems and business
- Highly flexible, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
