Our client, a prestigious government entity is looking for a Director of Videography to lead and grow their team in Abu Dhabi. The Director will be leading and overseeing the whole videography team of the organization.

Please note that this is an Emiratisation requirement and only UAE Nationals with a Family Book will be contacted.

The role:

- Leads & oversees the videography team, ensuring all video output is in line with the creative vision
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to bring creative concepts to life through all videography output
- Research new & innovative tech solutions to ensure videography is of the highest quality
- Creates logístical and resourcing plans for events ensuring the correct team is on the ground
- Inspire the videography teams with concepts, trends, and a holistic way of working to deliver on time
- Work closely with the art director to storyboard concepts for videography in line with the creative strategy

**Requirements**:

- UAE National with a family book
- 8 to 12 years in videography/working with media and technology or similar areas
- Experience in leading teams in high-profile, complex and fast-paced organizations
