**Requirements & Personal Attributes**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of corporate video projects
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely post-production to meet business deadlines
- Knowledge of video production equipment, lighting and techniques
- Experience with headshot photography and portrait composition
- Travel is a requirement of the role

**Primary Job Purpose**:
Produce premium visual content (photography & videography) in accordance with the company's objectives, effectively conveying its messages. This entails conceptualizing, filming, and editing videos and photos to captivate the intended audience. Furthermore, the videographer is responsible for capturing internal and external events and creating professional headshots.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing and digital team, fee earners, and staff to understand content requirements and align visuals with the firm's messaging and branding
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that convey legal concepts, highlight firm culture, and engage our audience - often with tight turnaround times
- Edit audio files fit for purpose for podcasts for the firms podcast platform - Tamimi Talks (also for internal podcasts)
- Create headshots for staff members, ensuring a consistent and professional visual representation
- Capture and produce visually compelling content during both internal and external firm events, ensuring a comprehensive visual record. This includes but is not limited to staff gatherings, seminars, conferences, and client engagements.
- Produce short, impactful videos tailored for social media platforms to enhance the firm's digital presence
- Maintain and organise video and photography equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic delivery of content
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative approaches to enhance the quality and relevance of visual content

**Relationships**:
The In-House Videographer will interact with the regional Marketing and Business Development team and primarily the following roles;
- Head of Marketing
- Senior BD & Marketing Project Manager
- Digital Marketing team
- Brand and Design team
