Marketing Officer/Admin Assistant Job Description:
Communicate with patients/clients, staff, management, vendors, and media to supply information and promote the center's services and offers
To create, send, and post the company's promotional information over social media through posters, videos, and other sorts of promotional materials.
To plan, test, and implement new marketing strategies
Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefit providers and vendors
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Develops administrative staff by providing information, education,opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
Ensures operation of equipment by completing maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Related in a Course-Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Field/Human Resources/Information Technology is a must.
- With a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Good Knowledge of data analytics.
- Experience in Social Media/Digital Platforms.
- Average knowledge and skills in HR and PR-related tasks.
- Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development).
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures).
