**Sales Manager - Automotive Dealership**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to launch and establish the new automotive brand in the market.
- Coordinate closely with the factory to ensure seamless production, timely delivery, and quality control of vehicles, while optimizing inventory levels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop compelling brand positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, including advertising, events, sponsorships, and dealer incentives, to generate excitement and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other key stakeholders to expand the brand's presence and reach.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills, performance, and effectiveness in selling the new brand.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on launching new brands and products.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
