**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Ready to put your PRO skills to work with departments and teams that change the fabric of our community? Put your PRO expertise to work on complex projects and assignments. Parsons is now hiring a Public Relation Officer Assistant for our rapidly expanding team.

Public Relation Officer Assistant provides vital support to the day-to-day operations in the Company. He/she ensures successful implementation of PR functions, company policies, and practices as directed.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses and employees to assist them on all government related services
- Coordinate with Company’s Government Relation Officer to arrange weekly passport submissions and collections, provide other support associated with visit to Tawjeeh as required.
- Renew and update all employees and their dependent visas and labour contracts on timely manner, to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in MOHRE and Federal Authority Departments. Notify employees in advance on their visa and labour card expiry date.
- Assist with UAE National & GCC Pensions registrations, terminations.
- Maintain accurate database of employee and dependent personal documents.
- Maintain a smooth workflow by assisting and giving general administrative and clerical support to the management and team members.
- Deal promptly and productively on general queries about PRO functions.
- Ensure to comply with the organization’s rules and procedure to execute and deliver required services
- Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:

- High School Diploma is required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in similar job
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both Arabic and English)
- Good typing skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong background of UAE Labor law, government approvals
- Attention to detail is required

Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and the utilization of MS Windows, with general IT knowledge on all government official smart apps and websites is required.
