**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer manages the center’s public relations activities and oversees the administration of visa and labor card processes, trade and economic licenses, and health insurance coordination. This role is crucial in maintaining the center’s positive public image, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient operations with a focus on beneficiary safety.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- 1. _**Visa and Labor Card Administration**:_
- _Oversee the processing and renewal of staff visas and labor cards, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations._
- _Maintain accurate records of visa and labor card statuses, managing deadlines for renewals and updates._
- _Act as a liaison with immigration authorities and other relevant government agencies to resolve any issues._
- 2. _**Trade and Economic License Management**:_
- _Ensure that all licenses are current and adhere to UAE regulations and industry standards._
- _Coordinate with regulatory bodies to address any licensing issues and stay updated on regulatory changes._
- 3. _**Health Insurance Coordination**:_
- _Serve as the primary contact for health insurance matters, coordinating between beneficiaries, insurance providers, and the center._
- _Assist with the processing of insurance claims, inquiries, and issues to ensure timely and accurate handling._
- _Stay informed about health insurance policies, coverage options, and regulatory requirements specific to the UAE._
- _Ensure that insurance coverage aligns with beneficiaries' needs and the center’s safety standards._
- 4. _**Compliance and Documentation**:_
- _Ensure all activities related to public relations, licensing, and insurance comply with UAE regulations and center policies._
- _Maintain detailed records of public relations activities, licensing documents, insurance claims, and related communications._
- _Prepare regular reports on public relations, licensing, and insurance activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements._
- 5. _**Stakeholder Engagement**:_
- _Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, media representatives, government agencies, and insurance providers._
- _Represent the center at community events, industry conferences, and networking functions to promote its services and safety measures._
- _Address feedback and concerns from stakeholders, ensuring that beneficiary safety and satisfaction are prioritized._
- 6. _**Crisis Management**:_
- _Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address any issues related to public relations, licensing, or insurance._
- _Manage communication during crises, provide accurate information and coordinating with relevant parties to mitigate impacts._
- 7. _**Professional Development**:_
- _Stay current with developments in public relations, licensing, and health insurance._
- _Engage in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge._

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, licensing, and health insurance coordination, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation context.**:

- **Strong understanding of UAE regulations related to immigration, labor, trade, economic licensing, and health insurance.**:

- **Proficiency in Arabic (writing & Reading) and English is highly desirable.**:

- **Relevant certifications or training in crisis communication or health insurance management is a plus.**
- **Skills and Competencies**:_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage media relations and engage effectively with various stakeholders._
- _Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling licensing processes and insurance claims._
- _Ability to produce clear, compelling content and manage multiple projects simultaneously._
- _Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with regulatory and organizational policies._
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
