**Your day today**
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hosts, visitors, and assets. This includes implementing and enforcing security policies, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
- Monitor security surveillance systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
- Issue and deactivate access cards or credentials as needed.
- Enforce access policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Communicate and educate host on security best practices.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other relevant stakeholders.
- Report any security issues or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
- Participate in regular drills and training exercises.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security needs and concerns.
- Handling lost & found of the hotel.
