The **Security Officer** will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets in both office and factory settings. The officer will monitor security systems, conduct patrols, manage access control, respond to alarms or incidents, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations. The role involves working closely with management, staff, and external security vendors.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Manage access to the office and factory premises by controlling entry points and verifying the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure security policies regarding access to restricted areas are strictly enforced.
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to detect and respond to any suspicious activity.
- Conduct routine patrols of the office, factory, and surrounding premises to prevent unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Implement theft prevention measures, such as conducting bag checks or ensuring that sensitive areas are locked down during non-working hours.
- Maintain accurate records of any security incidents, patrol logs, and other relevant activities.
- Report any security breaches or suspicious activities to the Security Manager and follow up on incidents.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as required.
- Participate in emergency evacuation drills and assist in the safe evacuation of personnel during real incidents.
- Work closely with HR, Facilities Management, and other departments to ensure compliance with internal security policies and local laws.
- Monitor the movement of equipment and assets within the factory and office to prevent unauthorized access or theft.
- Ensure all deliveries and shipments are properly documented and inspected.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures related to safety and security.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in an office or industrial environment.
- Relevant certifications in security or safety (e.g., First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety) are a plus.
- Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical inspections of the premises.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and interacting with staff and law enforcement.
- Ability to identify security risks and potential hazards.
- Quick decision-making skills, especially in emergencies.
- Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
