**JOB TITLE: COORDINATOR I - CONTRACTS**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for inputs to Proposal Summary, Contract Life Cycle Chart, Techno-Commercial Review Presentation.
- Supports in preparation and finalization of Proposal Risk Assessment Form.
- Responsible for review of terms and conditions of the contracts with clients and various partnership agreements with a view to ensure that the company’s interests from a contractual / commercial / legal perspective are protected.
- Supports in finalization of qualifications / deviations to the terms and conditions of the contracts with clients.
- Supports in obtaining appropriate guidance regarding legal diligence in new jurisdictions.
- Responsible for resolution of major deviations from Vendors to the terms and conditions of Purchase of Goods and Site Services, with support from other team members.
- Responsible in ensuring implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality System Procedures during pre-qualification and bidding stage.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Supports to develop and monitor relevant Commercial KPI’s.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- A graduate university degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in tendering, finalization, administration and management of Contracts and in finalization of various Partnership Agreements.
