**Job Title**: HR Officer (Temp Role)Reporting to: Head - HRJob Type: TemporaryDuration: 3 months (Maternity Cover)Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring timely fulfillment.Onboarding: - Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination. Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.Employee Operations: - Managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling HR-related queries. Providing support to employees on HR policies and procedures.Employee Exits and Full & Final Settlements: - Coordinating with the internal stakeholders for a seamless exit process. Handling the full and final settlement process, including clearance, exit documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Employee Engagement: - Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance the workplace environment. Organizing events and activities to foster a positive and collaborative culture.Performance Management: - Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Supporting managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.Qualifications and Experience: - Master’sS degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee operations, and performance management. Familiarity with employee exits, full & final settlements, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Skills: - Proficient in MS Office suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR-related documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Note: This is a temporary position covering maternity leave for 3 months. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced organization
