Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing sales leads, converting these leads into clients, adapting CRM systems to specific needs, and integrating database management for marketing campaign strategy. Proficiency in CRM automation and the ability to independently amend CRM systems are essential. A significant advantage would be a familiarity with finance programs linked to the CRM system, particularly those within the same ecosystem or third-party programs like Zoho Finance or SAP.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day use of our CRM system, ensuring it is fit for purpose and effectively utilized across the business.

2. Regularly analyze the sales funnel to understand bottlenecks and improve lead conversion rates.

3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure the CRM system effectively captures leads, tracks interactions, and maximizes conversions.

4. Independently make necessary customizations and adaptations to the CRM system based on changing business needs, strategies, and objectives. Outsourcing or relying on third-party assistance for these amendments will not be permitted.

5. Lead and oversee the design and implementation of CRM automation processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance customer engagement.

6. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, using CRM databases to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns.

7. Understand and manage interfaces with finance programs linked to the CRM. Use these tools to drive customer and business insights, and transition converted clients to finance software like Zoho Finance or SAP.

8. Monitor data quality within the CRM, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

9. Provide CRM system training and support to other users within the company.

10. Work closely with the IT team and software vendors to troubleshoot any CRM issues.

11. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

12. Produce regular reports and forecasts from the CRM to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or related field.

2. Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Expertise in implementing, customizing, and managing CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce or similar platforms.

4. Experience in using CRM databases for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

5. Ability to independently make amendments and customizations to the CRM system without relying on third-party assistance.

6. Familiarity with CRM software automation tools and techniques.

7. Knowledge of working with finance programs linked to the CRM system, particularly in integrating with programs like Zoho Finance or SAP post-client conversion.

8. Excellent understanding of the sales process with a knack for improving lead conversion rates.

9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

10. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
