The Traineeship is a paid, full-time programme tailored to pave the way for your career. With a strong track record of supporting Trainees, Interns and Graduates worldwide, we are committed to giving you a professional, engaging and growth-focused experience.

As part of the two-year programme, you will enroll in the Danish Shipping Education and attend four one-week modules in Denmark supplemented by occasional webinars. During your visits in Denmark, you will also spend a week at our office in Copenhagen where you will be provided with a great opportunity to connect and learn together with other Trainees from NORDEN’s various offices.

NORDEN covers all educational and course-related expenses, including all travel expenses.

**Your qualifications**

- You hold a high school diploma - could be from anywhere in the world.
- You are eligible to work in Dubai.
- You hold fluent English skills.
- You are curious and want to grow and learn.

**The recruitment process**
The recruitment process is simple and designed to make sure of a match both for you and us. It includes an interview with a Head of Department and our Talent Acquisition Partner. Beforehand, you will be invited to complete a personality and cognitive assessment, which we will dive into during the interview to get to know you better.
