**Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Pitch and present agency services to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring they align with client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the agency.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges and goals.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Provide feedback to enhance service offerings based on client interactions and market insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the creative industry, including advertising, marketing, or design.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
