Backend Support Executive

you will be responsible for reaching out to potential merchant partners, scheduling appointments, and facilitating initial discussions. You will work closely with Merchants to ensure they have a seamless and positive experience with our platform, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance. This role involves fostering strong relationships with merchants and acting as a liaison between the merchant and Hapido.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Generate leads through research, cold calling, and other outreach strategies to identify potential merchant partners.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments with merchants to introduce Hapido partnership opportunities and explain the benefits of working with Hapido.

**Consultative Approach**: Conduct in-depth discussions with potential merchants to understand their needs and explain how Hapido can help them reach a wider customer base.

**Information Gathering**: Collect and record important information about merchant partners, including their offerings, pricing, and availability.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and appointment outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, appointment scheduling or lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential merchant partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a target-driven approach to work.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
