**Reqirements**:
Work experience as a Real Estate Accountant

Knowledge of UAE VAT

Must have advanced knowledge on MS Excel

Cost Analysis/Expense Management

Efficiencies for Cost Reduction

AML Checks & Policy Regulation (MLRO)

Keeping updated list of sanctions, UAE terrorist list, exec council subscription up to date

Banking relations (New accounts, negotiating charges, etc.)

Good communication skills (both written and in verbal)

Employee records & lists

PRO Coordination (Managing document expiries)

VAT Filing

FTA Policy Understanding

Corporate Tax Introduction

Payroll Management

Outgoing Payments

Invoice Preparation

Petty Cash & Payment Receipts

Associate degree in accounting, business, administration, or similar.
