**About Us**:
Tita Yara is an exciting new Middle Eastern & Mediterranean fusion restaurant in Sharjah. We pride ourselves on blending the rich flavors of Levantine & European cuisine with innovative culinary techniques to create a unique dining experience. We are on the lookout for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to the pre-opening phase and ongoing success of our establishment.

As the Sous Chef at Tita Yara, you will play a critical role in shaping the culinary direction of our restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, and managing kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of an innovative menu that reflects the fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and restocking, maintaining high-quality product standards.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the kitchen environment.
- Monitor food cost, usage, and waste control to maintain budget and quality standards.
- Maintain kitchen equipment through regular inspection and adherence to maintenance programs.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef preferably with expertise in Levantine cuisine.
- Demonstrated ability in kitchen management and menu development.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
