Insurance Claims Executive

1. Receive and Review Claims
- Receive incoming motor claim notifications from calls, WhatsApp, mails & internal staff and advise / assist clients based on the situation & required details to process the claim.
2. Investigation and Documentation
- Understanding the claim scenario / circumstance and guiding the client(s) as per the policy coverage & the extent of liability.
- Review the availed claim documents police report, driving license & mulkia to ensure relate with the particular claim then report to the respective insurer.
3. Policy and Coverage Analysis
- Analyse insurance policies to determine coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of policy terms and conditions in relation to the claim.
4. Communication
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, third parties, insurers and internal staff.
- Provide updates on claim status, investigations, and estimated timeframes for resolution.
5. Claims Processing
- Process claims accurately and efficiently as per the SOPs.
- Collaborate with insurers, assessors, repair shops, and other relevant parties to expedite claim approval & settlements.
6. Negotiation and Settlement
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with insurers, third parties, and service providers.
- Ensure fair and equitable claim settlements within established guidelines.
7. Documentation and Reporting
- Record each & every claim and update the latest status on the claim in the system.
- Prepare detailed reports on claim status, trends, and analysis for management review.
8. Compliance
- Adhere to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and guidelines during claims handling.
9. Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Offer support and guidance to policyholders in understanding the claims process.
10. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing claims handling procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- UAE work experience in motor claims handling or related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and coverage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure & handle large volumes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
