As a Chief Product Officer, you will set the vision for the Studio and lead the execution of our product roadmap to enable this vision. This person will partner with our CEO and co-Founder, lead our entire Product organization and, as a member of the executive team, continuously raise the bar to build new digital ventures from scratch that people love and use. You will get the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of industries and build relationships with other teams.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Analyze growth opportunities and collaborate with Partners and Co-founders to identify the roadmap for achieving our vision and earn the alignment of the executive team and the product/tech teams
- Proven track record of building and scaling product teams and act as a talent magnet for recruiting, developing, and retaining the best product talent at all levels
- Aptitude to understand the complex problems at the intersection of the crypto, digital payments, and the long-standing financial industry
- Work closely with our Venture Architects, Co-founders, Partners to achieve the growth and expansion targets
- Lead the UI/UX designers and remote engineering team, acting as a product owner to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Define the product vision, maintain and communicate a product roadmap and ensure product delivery
- Own, control, and prioritise a well-structured product backlog, write detailed user stories, and lead SCRUM/KANBAN meetings
- Put the customer first in your day-to-day work to improve the digital product based on deep user/customer and market understanding

**About You**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- You have at least 12+ years proven work experience in product management - preferably in a fast-moving startup environment
- You have solid experience in leading cross-functional teams of 10+ people
- You have a solid understanding of technical aspects of a product (frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, APIs,...)
- You are comfortable making decisions in the face of ambiguity and not discouraged by the inevitable challenges along the way
- You are capable of solving every project challenge independently, taking full responsibility for the outcomes
- You are able to keep calm in turbulent, time-critical situations and manage multiple projects
- You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time availability in Abu Dhabi (part-time or freelance is not possible)
