We are looking for an organised and experienced f e m a l e **Administrative Assistant **with a proven track record in **Business Setup services** to join our team. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to support the office staff.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, third-party service providers, and office lease
- Manage relationships with vendors, third-party service providers, and all outsourced personnel, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
- Maintain all office equipment and office supplies inventory
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Proven Administrative Assistant/Office Secretary with at least 1 year experience in UAE preferably in **Corporate Services or Business Setup Services**
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of accounting, IT, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
