**Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruiter (Campus/ Early Careers recruitment) for our growing consulting teams in the IMEA region**

**This role can be based out of our Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh or Doha Office.**

**The Opportunity**

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the referral process - selection, communication, overall process.
- Support with reporting, strategy, and events planning.
- Lead the cooperation and relationship with the Marketing department - planning, execution, and communication.
- Build the relationship with global OW teams as well as with the University Career Services and Consulting Clubs.
- Lead the iProcurement and invoice processing for EL and MBA recruitment.
- Support in managing the junior team.
- Liaise with other internal teams such as HC Ops, TM, Mobility to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new hires.
- Maintain/update recruiting system (Workday) and required databases to support reporting.
- Assist with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

**Experience Required**
- Full end to end recruiting life cycle experience - 3+ years of experience working internally as a recruiter and preferably having university / graduate recruitment exposure.
- Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm is preferred.
- Experience balancing ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy.
- Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
- Ability to work in changing environment and multitask.

**Technical Skills**
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential - Workday is advantageous.
- Strong MS Office skills are essential - Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
- Proficient with data analysis and reporting.
