Training Coordinator

We are in need of a coordinator for our training and clinical department.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Education or Institute in the UAE
- Knowledgeable in processing Healthcare Professional licenses and CMEs.
- Willing to be trained in Abu Dhabi Corporate Office but work will be based in Dubai Healthcare City.

**Training and Development**
- Process the accreditation of the courses/programs
- Working to a brief and budget to deliver a range of training courses and events
- Generating and managing attendance at events and training courses
- Working with external organizations, including venues, suppliers, training providers, guest speakers and sponsors
- Overseeing the on-site management of events working with the in-house team and a range of suppliers
- Drafting and distributing information to delegates and stakeholders
- Developing promotional content to support training courses and events
- Liaising with Training Group members to secure sponsorship
- Developing surveys, analysing data and preparing reports, and identifying improvements for future events
- Dealing with queries from members.

**Clinical Department**
- Maintain the database of client
- Prepare the proposal, licenses and invoices for the client
- Ensure that the services are rendered as per the agreement and quality.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- relevant: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
