Job Title**:Sales Executive**

**We are Hiring**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities
- including new markets, growth areas, current trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services through direct contacts, word-of-mouth, or new other ways of reaching the existing customers and markets and competitors to identify improvements. Researching potential leads and recommending prospects from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

2. Ability to manage complex projects, drafting quotes and proposals for clients
- depending on the size of the company. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.

3. Engaging in face-to-face meetings with the clients and presenting the solutions Serial Blinds and Furnishings products and services have to offer in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

4. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

5. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

6. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and inbound warm leads

7. Plan and keep track of sales campaigns, create a healthy business sales pipeline, forecast, follow-ups, and closures.

8. Ensuring the CRM is updated with client information/database and understanding client needs and offering solutions & support.

9. Lead marketing promotional strategy and activities and get to work on new projects where you will be responsible for developing new innovative solutions for our clients.

10. Attending networking activities, workshops, and exhibitions to connect with prospective clients and to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

**Requirement**:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in Window covering/Wallpaper/Carpets/Building Materials/Fit-Out’s/Bathroom Fittings/Lights/Paints.

2. Competency in English, speaking the Arabic language is an advantage

3. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.

4. Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

6. Ability to create and deliver presentations.

7. Fast learner and a quick thinker.

8. Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License with his own car. (Fuel expenses will be reimbursed 80%)

**Salary**: 6,000-8,000 AED/monthly (depending on the years of experience and skills)

Incentive: Incentive scheme based on the set target achievement
