Executive Assistant for Chief Finance Officer

As the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and other executives to help shape the organization's financial strategy and ensure that it achieves its financial goals. If you are an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive, organized, and a team player with a can-do attitude
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and acting as a strategic partner to the CFO, enabling them to focus on the organization's financial goals and objectives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Executive Support: You will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including managing the CFO's calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that the CFO is prepared for all meetings, calls, and events.
- Document Management: You will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing various documents, including financial statements, budgets, and other confidential information. You will ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely.
- Meeting Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and other executives. You will be responsible for managing all logistics, including preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and distributing notes.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing various projects and initiatives on behalf of the CFO, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are coordinated and aligned with the organization's overall financial goals.
- Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing financial data and preparing reports and presentations for the CFO's review. You will ensure that all reports are accurate, well-organized, and presented in a professional manner.
- Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and other external partners. You will act as a liaison between the CFO and these stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
**About you**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Must be located in Dubai, UAE
- 5+ years of experience in executive-level support, preferably in a finance or accounting environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, tact, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with experience using financial management and communication tools like Excel, QuickBooks, Slack, Zoom, and others.
- **Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed**
**Preferred**:
- If the person is also able to talk in German language this would be clearly an add-on value
