As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AE Capital Investment, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the overall growth and success of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, with a primary focus on achieving sustainable growth and profitability in the asset management sector, particularly in gold trading and related markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, objectives, and long-term goals in alignment with shareholder expectations and market opportunities.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring prudent financial management and profitability targets are achieved.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to enhance the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- **Risk Management**: Assess and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in asset management and trading operations.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all levels of the organization.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Governance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.
- **Market Analysis and Research**: Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments impacting the asset management industry, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Board.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record of executive leadership in the asset management industry, with extensive experience in gold trading, futures, commodities, or related financial markets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage complex projects, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai or the GCC region, is highly desirable.
