We are in need of a skilled Spa Supervisor to assume oversight and management of our running Spa service. In this capacity as a Spa Supervisor, you will undertake the responsibility of managing Spa personnel working in teams, the logistics of providing service at home, and oversight and direction of on-going daily routines. These functions must be affected with the highest standards of efficiency and decorum with no cause for complaints from clients or staff.. This role demands excellent communication skills and a personality with politeness, tact and firmness. You must also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as independently to maintain a smooth service routine.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service staff, conveyance staff (drivers) and customer support associates, to keep the routine operations running smoothly.
- Plan and execute logístical operations on a daily basis with maximum efficiency..
- Develop and deploy innovative methods to improve on-going logistic operations. Propose more efficient payment modes when digital or on-line methods are not applicable. Proposals must clearly highlight the practical aspect with clear and compelling reasoning.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency of service staff in their daily routines.
- Present daily reports to management regarding current accounting of income and expense if required.
- Proper maintenance of documentation in all relevant aspects if the position.

- Must possess a persuasive personality being polite yet tactful and firm.
- Must.have 4 years experience in the profession
- Strong management and organizational skills to maintain smooth operations, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and explain process and procedure clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with company website and its operation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
