Invoice Clerk

**Invoice Clerk Duties**:
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to inventory and supplies.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on invoice processing
- Assist the accounts department in reconciling invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for invoice processing.
**Store Keeper Duties**:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of FMCG products.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Organize and store inventory in an orderly manner for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of stock movements, including issues, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the dispatch of goods and ensure timely delivery to customers or other departments
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Finance / Commerce ; additional certification in inventory management or accounting is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an invoice clerk, store keeper, or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry in UAE
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
