**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

**Market Analysis and Strategy**:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing industry. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technologies and best practices.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive strategies for clients.
Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build the agency’s profile.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
