Supply Chain Executive

AAB Tools is seeking for young, dynamic supply chain executive who have a good understanding on customer service fundamentals. - Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Implement strategies for optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing carrying costs.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track order status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery terms.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to supplier performance.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, selecting carriers, and managing delivery schedules.
- Track shipments in transit and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Address any shipping delays or issues that may arise.
- Collect and analyze data related to supply chain performance, such as lead times, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare regular reports and KPIs to monitor and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, import/export requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and propose solutions.
- Implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with other departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve communication.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with international trade and import/export regulations (preferred).
- Experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role (preferred)
