**Food Safety Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs on food safety and hygiene for all employees of F&B outlets.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on food safety best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials and manuals in line with Municipality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety training regulations and operating policies.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in food safety and hygiene.
- Provide support to other areas of the business as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years** of experience in food safety training.
- Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Local Certification as a food safety trainer is an advantage.
