**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Data entry of financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Maintain and organize financial records, including receipts, statements, and invoices.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial reports.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of expense reports and petty cash.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records as needed.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies.
- Assist in audits and compliance-related tasks.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the accounting team.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Working Conditions**:

- Part-time schedule with flexibility in hours.
- Office environment with the possibility of remote work (if applicable).
