**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Portfolio Management**: Handle a portfolio of properties for elite clients.
- **Deal Closure**: Negotiate and manage client expectations to seal the deal.

- **Community Connection**: Network within the community to generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- License in Abu Dhabi Municipality or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
- Abu Dhabi Real Estate knowledge is required.
- Skill in conducting persuasive and compelling sales presentations.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
