**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated 10 to 15 years of experience in advertising and event sales, with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE market.
- Profound expertise in lead generation, digital advertising, events and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of convincing and strategic sales approaches, proposals, documentations and presentations
- Extensive experience in events-related business development, including event sales, sponsorship management and marketing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective collaboration skills, ensuring seamless client experiences from start to finish by working closely with internal teams.

As the Advertising and Event Sales Vice President, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting and surpassing individual sales targets for advertising and event sponsorships.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify and create targeted activities and events aimed at maximizing revenue streams.
- Leading the planning, organization, and execution of the annual events calendar.
- Develop and implement sponsorship sales plan and budget to increase revenue cost-effectively, assist in achieving the business objectives.
- Manage all sponsorship activities. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customisation and presentation, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support.
- Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each event. Cultivating a robust pipeline of prospective clients to augment sales revenue, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients through quarterly business reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic account planning.
- Executing comprehensive event and sponsorship strategies while overseeing branding and communication for all events.
- Leveraging commercial expertise and strategic thinking to drive business growth, demonstrating strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Schedule meetings and prepare, customise and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors. Negotiate and compile sales contacts and agreements.

**Key Performance Objectives**:

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets for both advertising and event sales.

**Salary**: From AED10,000.00 per month
