As the Culinary Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of culinary operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your expertise in culinary arts, you will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our culinary team.

**What will I be doing?**

As the Culinary Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of culinary operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your expertise in culinary arts, you will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our culinary team. As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and production scheduling.
- Coordinate with culinary staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Monitor food quality and adherence to culinary standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Monitor food costs and waste to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
- Oversee proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene and cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.
- Provide guidance on safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
