**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate waterproofing activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage and assign tasks to site workers, ensuring optimal productivity and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction/waterproofing industry.
- In-depth knowledge ofprocesses, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is added advantage

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
